The Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (SEFF) is a credit line specifically designed for financing projects improving the Energy Efficiency of commercial and industrial enterprises, financing Renewable Energy Projects and, in some SEFF countries, implementing energy efficiency measures in residential buildings. The Sustainable Energy Financing Facility is supported by a comprehensive technical assistance package, under which each loan applicant receives free-of-charge technical assistance, provided by a team of international and local consultants, located in each of the SEFF countries.

At the moment SEFF is operating in 15 countries and additional countries are added every year. Each country SEFF has its own positioning and approach, reflecting local requirements and energy saving needs. Each country SEFF has its own team of international technical experts, supporting interested companies and borrowers in identifying the best technical solution for the specific energy saving requirements, preparing a suitable loan documentation and generally providing guidance throughout the application process.
